张一鸣，1983年出生，福建省龙岩市永定区客家人，2005年毕业于南开大学软件工程专业，字节跳动创始人、原CEO，今日头条创始人、原CEO。

曾参与创建酷讯、九九房等多家互联网公司，2012年创办字节跳动。 2013年，先后入选《福布斯》“中国30位30岁以下的创业者”和《财富》“中国40位40岁以下的商业精英”，是中国国内互联网行业最受关注的青年领袖之一。

2021年4月，以356亿美元财富位列《2021福布斯全球富豪榜》第39名。5月20日，张一鸣宣布卸任字节跳动CEO，梁汝波接任。

2021年10月，张一鸣以3400亿元人民币财富值位列《2021年胡润百富榜》第2名。2021福布斯中国内地富豪榜单第2位。

2022年11月，张一鸣以495亿美元财富位列《2022年福布斯中国内地富豪榜》第2位。

字节跳动，我相信人对这个名字和这个公司还很陌生。但抖音、今日头条等大家都常用。没错，这些都出自于字节跳动公司。并且现在抖音已然和微信，淘宝等应用一样拥有庞大的用户群，成为国人使用频率最多的应用之一。字节跳动公司旗下包括抖音（海外版Tiktok），今日头条，西瓜视频，火山小视频，剪映，番茄读书等众多应用。

创业之路

2014年30岁的张一鸣，就是字节跳动（bytedance）的创始人，从牛仔裤上的油渍上你很简单看出他是一个典型的技能宅男。从高中时代起他就酷爱计算机，2001年进入南开大学先后就读于微电子和软件工程专业。他在大四时编写的电路板自动化加工软件PCBS曾获得过“挑战杯”二等奖。他已经直接参与了五家公司的创业，其中有两家是自己创建的，还有一家是合伙人。

2005年大学一毕业，他就组成3人团队，开发一款面向企业的IAM协同办公系统。但产品的商场定位失误导致了创业失利，其时协同办公在我国底子还没有发展起来。

2012年12月底，张一鸣也察觉到了移动互联网的发展趋势，“在这个前提下帮用户发现感兴趣、有价值的信息，时机和意义都变得非常大”。为此，他辞去了九九房CEO的职务，开端了自己的第五次创业。他成立的这家公司有个很有趣的姓名——字节跳动（bytedance），顾名思义，公司产品和数据相关。bytedance开发出名为“今天头条”的手机使用，成为国内增速最快的新闻客户端。除了“今天头条”，字节跳动旗下还有“内在段子”、“搞笑囧途”、“内在漫画”、“美观图片”、“今晚必看视频”等12款使用。整体表现不俗，其间的“内在段子”在娱乐类排名一度超过唱吧。

在张一鸣看来，移动互联网带来的信息爆破，使人们面临的选择越来越多，面临信息超载，人们常常无所适从。在这种情况下，信息获取方式将不再是传统媒体采用的人工修改模式，而是更加智能和个性的自动化推荐，推荐引擎便开端展现技能优势，发挥威力了。“越是在移动互联网上，越是需要个性化的个人信息门户。咱们便是为移动互联网而生的。”张一鸣说。

2012年7月，今日头条取得SIG海纳亚洲等数百万美元A轮出资；2013年9月取得DST等数千万美元B轮出资；2014年6月3日，今日头条完结C轮融资，由红杉资身手投。[16] 张一鸣兴办的“今日头条”从上线到具有1000万用户只用了90天。

2018年11月，陈林代替张一鸣担任今日头条CEO一职。

2019年2月26日，胡润研究院发布《2019胡润全球富豪榜》，字节跳动CEO张一鸣财富上涨至2018年的近3倍，以950亿元进入前100。

2020年11月5日，福布斯我国发布我国富豪榜，张一鸣以1848.3亿位列第9位。

2021年5月20日，字节跳动创始人张一鸣发布内部全员信，宣布卸任字节跳动CEO一职。

2021年10月27日，《2021胡润百富榜》发布，张一鸣财富添加至2020年的3倍，添加了2300亿，以3400亿元跃居第二。

2022年1月27日，张一鸣卸任多家字节跳动相关公司法定代表人，包含北京字节跳动网络技术有限公司、北京字跳网络技术有限公司、上海字跳网络技术有限公司、蜜柚网络科技（上海）有限公司和北京石贝科技有限公司。

公益慈善

2019年10月10日，张一鸣向母校南开大学捐赠1亿元，设立“南开大学创新基金”，通过公益方式，支持南开师生及毕业生的创新创业项目。

2020年7月当选福布斯2020我国慈悲榜，排名第32，现金捐献总额11,000万元。

2020年2月，张一鸣个人捐献1亿元作为字节跳动医务救助基金为抗击疫情的一线医务人员献出力量。2020年5月12日，张一鸣向盖茨基金会发起的项目“新冠肺炎医治加速器（COVID-19 Therapeutics Accelerator）”捐献了1000万美元，用于新冠肺炎医治药物研发。

2020年9月，张一鸣曾为母校龙岩永定一中捐款1千万元，用于建设科技艺术馆和教学楼。2021年6月22日，字节跳动创始人张一鸣向家乡龙岩捐献5亿元，成立“芳梅教育开展基金”，助力龙岩教育高质量开展。

2021年，张一鸣以122,362万元的现金捐献总额，位列《2021福布斯我国慈悲榜》第5位。

The Road to Entrepreneurship

Zhang Yiming, 30 years old in 2014, is the founder of ByteDance. From the oil stains on his jeans, you can easily see that he is a typical skilled otaku. He has been passionate about computers since high school and entered Nankai University in 2001 to study microelectronics and software engineering. The circuit board automation processing software PCBS, which he wrote in his senior year, won the second prize in the Challenge Cup. In July 2012, Today's Headlines received millions of dollars in Series A funding from SIG Haina Asia and others; Obtained tens of millions of US dollars in Series B funding from DST and others in September 2013; On June 3, 2014, Today's Headlines completed Series C financing, with investment from Sequoia Capital. Public welfare and charity

In July 2020, he was elected to Forbes 2020 China Compassion Ranking, ranking 32nd, with a total cash donation of 11 million yuan.

In February 2020, Zhang Yiming personally donated 100 million yuan as the ByteDance medical relief fund to fight the epidemic. On May 12, 2020, Zhang Yiming donated 10 million dollars to the project "COVID-19 Therapeutics Accelerator" launched by the Gates Foundation for the research and development of COVID-19 medicine.

In September 2020, Zhang Yiming donated 10 million yuan to his alma mater Longyan Yongding No.1 Middle School to build a science and technology art museum and teaching building. On June 22, 2021, Zhang Yiming, the founder of ByteDance, donated 500 million yuan to his hometown Longyan, and established the "Fangmei Education Development Fund" to help the high-quality development of Longyan education.
